Continental Chef

We are seeking a skilled Continental Chef to prepare and present high-quality continental dishes while maintaining consistency, hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items including pastas, sandwiches, salads, soups, breakfast dishes and other continental cuisine.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation and portion control.
Carry out daily mise en place and kitchen preparation.
Maintain food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage.
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.
Work efficiently during service and support junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:
Experience in a continental kitchen, café or restaurant.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
