Position Overview

An Operator is responsible for running and monitoring plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production. The role requires hands-on experience in operating machines, maintaining records, and following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation:
Operate assigned machines/equipment as per SOPs.
Monitor parameters like speed, pressure, and temperature during operation.
Production Support:
Ensure continuous production flow with mínimal downtime.
Assist in material loading/unloading and shift handovers.
Quality Checks:
Conduct in-process checks to maintain product quality.
Report deviations or abnormalities immediately to supervisors.
Maintenance Assistance:
Perform routine cleaning and minor adjustments.
Support maintenance teams during breakdowns.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow plant safety guidelines and use PPE.
Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
