Area Manager - Luxury Spa Operations (Bengaluru)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Area Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury spa branches in Bengaluru. _
Responsibilities _
Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple spa branches.
Drive monthly revenue and achieve sales targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and therapists.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain hygiene, SOPs, and service quality across all locations.
Monitor inventory, expenses, and branch profitability.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements _
Minimum 5 years of experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness management.
Experience managing multiple branches is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Ability to travel between spa locations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Salary & Advantages _
60,000-₹90,000 per month (based on experience)
