We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Schedule and conduct 15+ site visits per month.
Convert prospects into customers and drive sales.
Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to generate revenue and close deals independently.
Compensation:
Attractive fixed salary.
High-performance incentives with unlimited earning potential based on revenue generated.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
