Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for plant and staff.
Plan and ensure timely hiring of blue
and white-collar workforce.
Maintain solid employee relations and handle grievances/discipline.
Ensure compliance with Ghana labour laws, payroll, and statutory requirements.
Oversee attendance, shift planning, and manpower availability.
Drive performance management, training, and employee engagement.
To ensure compliance towards BRC, Sedex & GMB
Job Location : Ghana
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
