Customer Relationship Manager (Real Estate) Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their real estate journey.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to property possession.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and effective customer support.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Sales & Documentation Coordination
Assist customers with booking formalities and documentation.




Verify KYC and other required documents.
Coordinate agreement preparation, registration, and legal formalities.
Track payment schedules and remind customers of upcoming dues.

Post-Sales Customer Service
Provide regular updates on project construction and progress.
Coordinate site visits and customer meetings.
Assist customers during possession and handover procedures.
Support customers with home loan coordination and required documentation.

CRM Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Record customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
