Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to maximize campaign performance.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with the Content, Design, SEO, Social Media, and Sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.




Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Support website performance initiatives by working with development teams on tracking implementation, conversion tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.:

Meta Ads Manager
LinkedIn Ads
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google Search Console
Experience managing lead generation campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
