Job Responsibilities

Planning Department:
Production planning and scheduling.
Monitor daily production targets and prepare reports.
Coordinate with production, stores, and purchase departments.
Maintain production planning records and documentation.
Ensure timely completion of production as per schedule.

Quality Department:
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished LED lights.
Perform quality checks as per company standards.
Identify quality issues and support corrective actions.
Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.




Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Office).
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Salary

B.Tech (EEE):
Freshers: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 per month
Experienced: ₹20,000 - ₹28,000 per month

Diploma (EEE):
Freshers: ₹13,000 - ₹14,000 per month
Experienced: ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 per month
