Role Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Design Support
Assist in creating design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
Prepare 2D drawings, space plans, and 3D visualizations using design software.
Support senior designers with design detailing and material selection.
Client & Project Coordination
Participate in client meetings to understand requirements.
Assist in preparing BOQs, design documentation, and presentation materials.
Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and progress tracking (with guidance).
Material & Vendor Coordination
Research and source materials, finishes, and furniture.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors when required.
Maintain sample libraries and design references.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare working drawings, layouts, and design revisions.
Maintain project files, drawing logs, and documentation for ongoing projects.




Support team in preparing project progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
Internship experience in interior design firms is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, materials, and color theory.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
