Role Description

The Business Development Associate role at Mindenious is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities,



support lead generation efforts, and build relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, communicating the value of Mindenious solutions to prospective clients, and supporting the development of strategic partnerships. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings based on market feedback, maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activities, and contribute to meeting growth targets. The role requires proactive engagement, regular follow-ups, and a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
