We are looking for an experienced architect with robust natural stone expertise to help us deliver world-class stone solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.

Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Review architectural drawings and identify stone opportunities.
Prepare shop drawings, stone layouts, elevations, and fabrication drawings.
Create BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
Recommend suitable stone materials, finishes, thicknesses, and fixing systems.
Develop book-matching and vein-matching layouts for premium projects.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs can be manufactured efficiently.
Support the sales team during technical discussions with clients.
Prepare presentations, design concepts, and 3D visualizations for international projects.
Visit project sites when required.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience in natural stone, marble, granite, or facade projects.
Excellent knowledge of stone fabrication and installation techniques.
Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
