We are currently seeking a motivated and confident Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers who have requested moving quotes.
Follow up on online enquiries and quote requests.
Explain our moving and relocation services and pricing options.
Build rapport with customers and understand their relocation needs.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate customer records and notes.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.




Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, call centres, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
Strong ability to build relationships and close sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
Must have:
A reliable computer or laptop.
Noise-cancelling headset.
High-speed and reliable internet connection.
Quiet home office environment.
