Role Overview
The Inventory & Billing Executive is responsible for inventory control, GST billing, stock record maintenance, MIS reporting, and coordination with warehouse and accounts to ensure accurate and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory and stock records.
Prepare Sales and Purchase GST invoices.
Maintain stock inward/outward entries.
Generate Excel reports and MIS.
Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams.
Maintain accurate inventory documentation.
Ensure GST compliance including HSN codes and tax calculations.
Support stock audits and reconciliations.
