NAVISAILOR LEARNING CENTRE OPC PVT LTD is expanding its faculty team in Chennai. We are looking for experienced Master Mariners and Chief Engineers to join us on a hybrid/part time contract basis.
Role Overview
Position: Maritime Lecturer / Subject Matter Expert
Location: Chennai (Hybrid - Institute & Remote)
Type: Contract / Part time
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging online and in-person training sessions/workshops.
Develop & Review specialized course materials, case studies, and assessments.
Mentor learners and provide technical feedback on operational compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Rank: Master Mariner or Chief Engineer.
Experience:
Solid sea-going experience + prior teaching/training experience.
Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, CSO responsibilities, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and Navigational Audits.
Skills: Excellent communication, proficiency with digital/online teaching tools, and the ability to work independently.
