Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create content calendars and coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO best practices.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising policies.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Skills:
3- 4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
