Job Title: Relationship Officer – HL, LAP & MSME Loans

Experience: 1–3 years in HL, LAP, or MSME loan sales

Key Responsibilities:
Source and acquire customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and MSME Loans through field visits, DSAs, and referrals.
Conduct daily customer visits to generate leads and follow up.
Handle the complete loan process: customer profiling, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and disbursement.
Maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
Meet assigned monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
1–3 years of field sales experience in HL, LAP, or MSME loans.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel.
