Living Timeless is building a premium, technology-enabled home interiors and modular furniture company with multiple experience centres in Pune and an expanding industrial manufacturing setup.
We are looking for a Head of Sales who can take ownership of our complete sales engine — from showroom performance and team capability to conversion, average order value, forecasting, and revenue growth.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages a sales team.
We are looking for someone who can build a predictable, high-performance sales organization.
What You Will Own
- Overall sales revenue across Living Timeless showrooms
- Showroom-wise monthly and quarterly targets
- Sales managers, consultants, designers and closing teams
- Lead-to-appointment, appointment-to-visit and visit-to-booking conversion
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Follow-up discipline and CRM adoption
- Sales SOPs and operating cadence
- Team hiring, training, coaching and performance management
- High-value customer negotiations and deal closures
- Channel partner and referral-led opportunities
- Lost-opportunity analysis and conversion improvement
- Booking and commercial discipline before projects move into execution
- Coordination with Design, Marketing, Finance and Operations
What Success Looks Like
You should be able to walk into the business and create clear visibility across:
Lead → Appointment → Showroom Visit → Design/Proposal → Negotiation → Booking → Revenue
Every showroom should have a measurable pipeline, forecast and accountability structure.
You will be expected to improve:
- Revenue per showroom
- Sales conversion %
- Showroom visit-to-booking %
- Average Order Value
- Sales-cycle duration
- Pipeline coverage
- Follow-up effectiveness
- Booking collections
- Customer cancellation rate
- Individual salesperson productivity
