Job description
The candidate should have:
Knowledge of Exotic Materials viz. Titanium, Tantalum, Hastelloy, Zirconium, Nickel Alloys, etc.
Knowledge of manufacturing of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors, etc.

Project Planning :
Develop comprehensive project plans.
Define the operational workflow and schedule activities at a micro level to ensure timely
execution.

. Resource Management :
Estimate manpower, resources, and time requirements for project activities.
Ensure adherence to schedules through daily, weekly, and monthly progress monitoring

Process Improvement :
Identify prospects to reduce cycle time, minimize costs, and enhance quality.




Provide actionable insights to the manufacturing and inspection teams.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management:
Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
Ensure high-quality execution of processes such as fabrication, machining, forming, and heat treatment

Documentation & Procedures :
Prepare essential manufacturing documents, including layout plans, fabrication procedures, and testing & inspection plans.

Cross-Departmental Coordination :
Collaborate with various departments to resolve technical and commercial challenges
