Any Graduate.
Male candidate preferred
Freshers can apply for Sales roles.
Candidates with a career gap can also apply.
Candidates from Banking, BFSI, NBFC, Financial Services, Housing Finance, Gold Loan, Insurance, or any sales background are preferred.
Candidates with Field Sales or Inside Sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with experience in Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Gold Loan (GL), Business Loan (BL), or Personal Loan (PL) will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Generate current customers and achieve sales targets.
Explain banking and loan products to customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Support customers throughout the loan process.
For Branch Manager: Manage branch operations and lead the team.
For Gold Appraiser: Evaluate and appraise gold ornaments as per company guidelines.
