Job Overview
Our HR Analytics team is looking for a Junior Data Scientist with a robust foundation in AI/ML and data engineering concepts along with a good working knowledge of advanced analytics solutions. You will be responsible for designing and building analytical solutions using a variety of AI/ML, statistical and mathematical modelling concepts to uncover HR insights. Your role includes developing proof-of-concepts, creating visualizations, and partnering with other team members to optimize and advance the processes. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals and global teams to provide actionable data-driven insights that enhance our HR processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop analytical solutions using AI/ML algorithms and statistical/mathematical models.
Visualize data insights using Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
Create and maintain data models/pipelines to support HR analytics and insights.
Perform in-depth data analysis to generate meaningful HR insights and reports for stakeholders.




Collaborate with the global HR analytics team to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all HR data models and pipelines.
Continuously optimize and improve HR data models and processes for better performance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technical Domain (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on HR analytics preferred.
Solid proficiency in Advanced analytics, Programming (Python/R), Data Modelling, Data pipeline development, Power BI, SQL, and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Solid communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to HR and business stakeholders.
