Position Overview
As a Product Manager, you will drive the success of tax and finance technology products throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision :
Define the product strategy and vision based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.
Identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and drive product innovation and differentiation.
Roadmap Planning And Prioritization
Develop and maintain a explicit product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Requirements Gathering And Documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and engineering teams,
to gather and document product requirements.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications with precision.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Facilitate effective communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across all functions.
Agile Product Development
Lead agile development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
Drive iterative product improvements through collaboration with development teams.
Product Launch And Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
Coordinate successful product launches to ensure widespread adoption.
