Job Summary
HighRadius is looking for a agile Tech Sales and GTM Recruitment skilled to join our Recruitment Team.



This role responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely work with the Talent Partner to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment plans
Find top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods
Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate's technical skills
Handle the interview process end-to-end: scheduling, gathering feedback, and recommending top candidates
Negotiate job offers and address candidate questions to secure the best talent
Build solid relationships with candidates and ensure a great experience throughout
Collaborate with hiring teams and HR to refine and improve recruitment strategies
Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and tools to keep improving the process

Skill & Experience Needed
3 to 6 years of recruitment experience ideally in a startup or produ
