Geroo Jaipur is looking for a Senior E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across B2B and B2C platforms. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who has hands-on experience managing multi-marketplace selling (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, TataCliq, Ajio, and similar platforms), and who thrives on building efficient systems, driving sales growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Operations Management
Own end-to-end daily operations across all marketplace accounts (B2B and B2C)
Manage product catalog updates, listings, pricing, and inventory sync across platforms
Coordinate closely with marketplace account managers to stay ahead of platform updates, policy changes, and growth opportunities

Growth & Strategy
Design and execute strategies to drive sales through e-commerce marketplaces, including promotions,



catalog optimization, and platform-specific growth levers
Track key e-commerce metrics (conversion, AOV, return rates, marketplace visibility) and translate insights into action plans
Identify current marketplace or channel opportunities aligned with brand positioning

Customer Experience
Address and resolve customer issues and concerns across platforms in a timely, solution-oriented manner
Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback from marketplaces to improve product and service quality
Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.

What We're Looking For
4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, ideally within apparel, fashion, or lifestyle categories
Strong working knowledge of marketplace seller platforms (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, TataCliq, Ajio, etc.)
Proven ability to independently manage catalog operation
