Utthunga is seeking a meticulous and proactive Executive - Process Excellence to join our team. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our products and solutions consistently meet high-quality standards and adhere to established processes. This role focuses on driving compliance, conducting audits, and supporting our continuous improvement initiatives within the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the Product/Solution is compliant to the process , verifying adherence to defined standards and methodologies.
Conduct SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) reviews to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Verify conformance to documented procedures across various projects and teams.
Conduct Work Product Audits to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Facilitate and support Internal Audits , ensuring smooth execution and follow-up on findings.
Prepare comprehensive Compliance Summary Reports for stakeholders.
Assist Senior/Lead team members with certification/recertification preparation and updates to documented procedures.
