Sales & Marketing Specialist – Filumart

Filumart is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to acquire recent buyers and sellers.
Identify and generate new business opportunities and partnerships.
Manage customer relationships and support business onboarding.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.
Plan and execute digital, social media, and offline marketing campaigns.
Achieve monthly sales, lead-generation, and customer acquisition targets.
Work closely with the management team to support Filumart’s market expansion.

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in B2B, Marketplace, E-commerce, or Technology.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
