Role Description:
This is a full time role to join our Retail Sales Crew , based at the Unfound Store located in Bandra. The Retail Sales Executive will greet customers and understand their needs. Daily tasks include managing in-store merchandising, processing orders and payments and ensuring a clean, welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications:
10+2 (Graduates are preferrable)
Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills to drive in-store revenue.
Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Clear and professional Communication skills for face-to- face, phone interactions.
Basic knowledge of computers
Ability to work in office in Bandra, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude.
Attention to detail and interest in fashion products or visual merchandising; prior retail experience is an advantage.
