Production Associate

Location: Greater Noida, Udyog Kendra, Ecotech III.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Associate to support the day-to-day functioning of our production operations. The role will involve managing inventory, coordinating materials, maintaining production-related records and ensuring smooth movement of materials across the production process.

The role requires someone who is organised, responsible, detail-oriented and comfortable working with computers and data.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage raw material and inventory records
Carry out regular stock taking and physical verification of raw materials
Track material consumption, availability and requirements
Coordinate material movement and dispatch as required
Maintain records related to inward, outward and movement of materials
Assist in coordinating day-to-day production processes and activities
Ensure timely availability of materials required for production




Coordinate with the Production Manager and other teams for material and production requirements
Maintain accurate production, inventory and dispatch-related documentation
Update and manage data using Excel and other computer-based systems
Identify discrepancies in stock or records and report them promptly
Assist with process-related coordination and follow-ups
Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time

Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production setting
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with different teams
