Job responsibilities
Deliver accurate and on-time end-to-end payroll processing for the APAC region, partnering closely with regional payroll teams, HR, Finance, and vendors
Own and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge repositories, and process documentation
Prepare and manage operational metrics and dashboards for internal teams and external vendors, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities
Identify, prioritize, and implement automation and process improvements;
collaborate with technology and vendor partners to design scalable solutions
Lead and support change initiatives;
collaborate effectivelyin a team setting while influencing stakeholders to adopt best practices

Required skills
Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of operations experience across Payroll/Benefits/Taxation, including hands-on exposure to automation/robotics and business process analysis with a proven record of delivering process improvements and automation projects
Experience with multinational payroll operations and accounting;




extensive knowledge of SAP Payroll or other payroll ERPs (e.G., Workday, Oracle HCM);
familiarity with project management practices
Proven ability to map and analyze current-state and design future-state processes;
experience with processimprovement methodologies and people/process management
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.G., advanced formulas, pivot tables;
macros/VBA preferred)
Ability to validate and govern automated workflows, rule engines, data quality controls, and exception handling mechanisms
Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills across HR, Finance, Technology, and external vendors
High attention to detail;
analytical mindset withthe ability to probe business rules and reconcile variances
Creative problem-solver who proposes innovative, logical solutions
Robust written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coach, train, and support team members
