Hiring | Group FP&A; Manager/Sr. Manager | MGM Healthcare Group | Chennai

MGM Healthcare Group is looking for a Group FP&A; Manager to join our Corporate Finance team and play a key role in driving financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across the Group.

This is a high-impact role that partners closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights, strengthen planning processes, and support the continued growth of one of India's leading healthcare organizations.

Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Group-level budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Own consolidated management reporting, MIS, and executive dashboards
Drive P&L; performance analysis, variance reporting, and financial storytelling for leadership reviews
Partner with business and functional leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives
Develop and enhance FP&A; processes through automation, standardization, and data-driven reporting
Support business cases, investment decisions,



cost optimization, and resource planning across the Group
Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to executive management

We're looking for
8–16 years of progressive FP&A; experience
Robust expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and business partnering
Experience managing Group or Corporate FP&A;, multi-business, or multi-entity reporting
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with experience in reporting automation
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms
MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred
Healthcare or hospital industry experience is preferred;
candidates from large corporates, GCCs, manufacturing, or other complex organizations with solid FP&A; expertise are also encouraged to apply
