Role Description The GM Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This position oversees day-to-day operations, including production planning, process optimization, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth functioning of the business. The role involves setting and monitoring operational targets, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures aligned with company goals. The GM Operations will lead and develop teams,



ensure high standards of customer service, and resolve operational issues promptly. This role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, performance reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications

Solid General Management and Operations Management skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end business operations.
Demonstrated Team Management and Customer Service capabilities to lead diverse teams and maintain high client satisfaction.
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage operational costs and support profitability.
Proven experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector, with knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Ability to analyze data, develop action plans, and drive process improvements.
