Role Description The Tax Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves preparing U.S. tax returns for individuals and businesses, supporting tax planning and compliance activities, and assisting with bookkeeping and payroll-related tax matters.



The Tax Associate will review financial records for accuracy, apply relevant U.S. tax laws, and help ensure timely filing and adherence to regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with tax software, maintaining organized documentation, collaborating with senior tax professionals and client-facing teams, and responding to queries regarding tax positions and filings. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, following established SOPs, and supporting the team during peak tax season.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Tax Preparation and Tax Compliance for U.S. individual and business returns.
Understanding of Tax Law and broader Tax concepts applicable to U.S. jurisdictions.
Solid foundation in Finance, including financial statements, bookkeeping, and payroll-related tax implications.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g.
