Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and enhance seafarer training programs
✅ Work closely with maritime academies and training providers
✅ Analyze fleet performance and identify competency gaps
✅ Design and deliver impactful learning solutions
✅ Utilize data to drive targeted training initiatives
✅ Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistent training standards
✅ Promote a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
✔ Master Mariner (FG) Certificate of Competency
✔ Robust sailing background on merchant vessels
✔ Experience in training,



competency management, crewing, or marine operations
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Passion for people development and maritime excellence
