As a Sales Manager for Jagtial, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth within the Jagtial region. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve sales targets in the Jagtial territory.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and competitive advantages.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.




Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably within the Jagtial region.
Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve challenging targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
