WE ARE HIRING | PLANT HEAD

Location: Chakan, Pune

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage end-to-end operations of an automotive manufacturing plant with a strong focus on electronics assembly and moulding.

Responsibilities
Lead Production, Production Planning, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, HR, EHS and Operational Excellence.
Drive plant performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.
Lead automation, manpower optimization, quality improvement and space utilization initiatives.
Ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely delivery to customers.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
Manage customer requirements and maintain strong relationships with 2W & 4W automotive OEMs.

Qualifications
20+ years of manufacturing/operations experience with 5-7 years as Plant Head / Plant Leadership.




B.E./B.Tech; Electronics/Electrical background preferred.

Required Skills
Strong experience in automotive electronics manufacturing and high-volume assembly.
Experience in products such as switches, sensors, controllers, actuators or electronic/mechatronic components preferred.
Solid exposure to automation and productivity improvement.
Experience with 2W & 4W OEMs such as Maruti, Tata, Mahindra, Bajaj, TVS, Honda or similar OEMs preferred.
Candidates with experience across Production, Quality and Planning will have an added advantage.
