About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR Intern who will work closely with the management team to build a strong, high-performance team at SaasAro.
The role will primarily focus on campus hiring, recruitment, team building, employee engagement, and developing a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campus Hiring & Recruitment
Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and placement cells.
Build relationships with colleges for regular hiring.
Coordinate campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment activities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate the complete hiring process.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
2. Team Building
Support the management in building high-performing teams.




Understand hiring requirements from different departments.
Identify candidates based on skills, attitude, cultural fit, and growth potential.
Help improve the overall hiring process and candidate experience.
3. Culture Management
Help build and maintain a positive, professional, and performance-driven work culture.
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
Support onboarding activities for current employees.
Collect employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Help create a workplace where employees feel motivated and connected to the company.
4. HR Operations
Maintain employee and candidate records.
Prepare recruitment and hiring reports.
Track interview pipelines and joining status.
Assist with onboarding documentation and HR processes.
Maintain regular recruitment and HR dashboards.
What We’re Looking For
Students or recent graduates pursuing BBA, MBA (HR), Psychology, or a related field.
