The company is co-founded by 3X founder Mr A. N. Prakash, who is the person who brought Construction Project Management Consultancy to India way back in 1986. He is presently not only the Director of Nemmadi.in but also the Managing Director of A N Prakash Construction Project Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

The second co-founder is 3X founder Mr Uday Simha Prakash, who has been working on ‘enabling better living’ for over 10 years. He was one of the main members who was instrumental in development of the in house app we call NIMS.
