We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing skilled with strong hospitality experience to manage and optimize our digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads & paid media campaigns
• Drive bookings, leads and revenue through performance marketing
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS & conversions
• Manage retargeting, audience targeting and A/B testing
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with creative/content teams for high-performing campaigns

Requirements
• 2–3 years of Performance Marketing experience
• Hospitality/Hotel industry experience is mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Analytical, data-driven and results-oriented approach
