Role Description:
The KAM - Quick Commerce role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.
The individual will manage key accounts in the quick commerce segment(Swiggy, Zepto, Flipkart and Jio etc) in FMCG/Gourmet or Imported segments.
Role include stakeholders relationships, assortment planning, and promotion execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing data to optimize listings and pricing,



coordinating with internal teams for stock availability and timely dispatches, and ensuring high service levels for key partners.
The role also involves planning and implementing business growth strategies, negotiating terms and campaigns with account stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate records and reports for senior management.
Collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams will be essential to drive visibility, revenue, and profitability on quick commerce platforms.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to manage platform relationships and drive performance across Quick Commerce channels In FMCG Space.
