Role Description The Program Manager – Command and Control Centre is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneshwar. This role oversees the planning, implementation,



and smooth functioning of the Command and Control Centre for smart city or enterprise operations, ensuring continuous monitoring and incident response. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional technical and operations teams, supervising control room staff, and managing workflows, dashboards, alerts, and escalation processes. The Program Manager analyzes operational data, prepares performance reports, and recommends improvements to enhance service quality, system uptime, and response efficiency. The role also involves vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, adherence to SLAs, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies, and security protocols.
Qualifications
Experience in program or operations management, preferably in Command and Control Centres, smart city projects, or complex IT/Network environments.
