About The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer who enjoys building production-grade AI systems. This role is ideal for someone who can design and deploy reliable AI agents, build rigorous evaluation frameworks, implement deep observability, and work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows.
Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure AI system performance.
Implement observability, monitoring, and debugging for AI applications.
Build scalable backend services using Python and TypeScript.
Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS, including Bedrock and serverless architectures.
Work with PostgreSQL and vector search for AI-powered applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
Drive best practices for reliability, testing, and production readiness.

Required Skills & Experience





6+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years of delivering AI applications into production.
Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
Experience with AWS Serverless and Amazon Bedrock.
Hands-on experience with LangGraph.
Experience with PostgreSQL and vector search.
Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, evaluations, and observability.
Ability to work independently in a remote, rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
Familiarity with up-to-date AI tooling and deployment best practices.
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
