Position Summary
We are looking for a highly capable Software Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience who can bridge the gap between business and technology.
The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with founders to deeply understand the business vision, user pain point, and product goals.



They will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensuring successful execution by collaborating with the team from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Understanding
Collaborate directly with founders and stakeholders to understand business objectives, customer pain points, and product requirements.
Translate business needs into clear technical architecture, specifications, and development roadmaps.
Participate in product discussions and contribute to technology driven solutions that enhance user experience.

Technical Leadership & Architecture
Design and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure.
Define system architecture, technology stack, integrations, and engineering best practices.
Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of the platform.
Lead architectural decisions across backend systems, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
