Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Exam Paper Editor to ensure the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of our IIT-JEE and NEET assessment materials.
Key Responsibilities
Review and edit JEE/NEET question papers, mock tests, assignments, and practice sheets.
Verify questions, solutions, answer keys, formulas, calculations, and concepts.
Ensure questions are aligned with the latest syllabus, exam pattern, and difficulty level.
Analyze and standardize the difficulty level and overall balance of each paper.
Identify and eliminate ambiguity, factual errors, repetition, and inconsistencies.
Refine question language to ensure clarity, precision, and unbiased assessment.
Collaborate with faculty to create, review,



and improve new questions.
Maintain and regularly update subject-wise question banks.
Ensure consistency in formatting, terminology, marking schemes, and solutions.
Provide constructive feedback to faculty on question quality and paper structure.
Contribute to improving the institute’s overall assessment and testing standards.
Manage multiple paper sets and deliver assignments within defined deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology.
Good understanding of IIT-JEE/NEET exam patterns and competitive-level questions.
Excellent academic writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and logical consistency.
Ability to evaluate question quality, difficulty, and conceptual depth.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
