Role Description The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care to individuals receiving treatment for colorectal and lifestyle-related conditions, including constipation, piles, and hernia. This full time,



on-site role is based at Healing Hands Clinic in Pune City and involves assessing patient health status, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The nurse will educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care, while promoting a safe, hygienic, and respectful clinical environment. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, supporting pre- and post-operative care, and adhering to all clinical protocols and quality standards. The role also requires participation in continuous improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.
Qualifications
