Lovely Professional University is looking for an experienced Lead – Performance Marketing to drive large-scale digital acquisition, optimize marketing ROI, and lead high-impact performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Programmatic platforms.
Own key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and marketing ROI.
Manage and optimize large-scale digital media budgets for maximum efficiency.
Drive audience targeting, remarketing, funnel optimization, and conversion growth.
Leverage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio,



and marketing analytics to drive data-led decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing performance marketing team.

Proven experience managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
Robust expertise in digital analytics, attribution, optimization, and conversion strategies.
