The Role:
You will own Bloomly's General Trade business in Bangalore - building and leading the field team, launching recent zones across the city, and scaling them into profitable, repeatable markets. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the founders, with full ownership of the GT number and the team that delivers it.

What You'll Do
• Own the GT P&L; for Bangalore - revenue,



outlet growth, throughput, and cost-to-serve
• Build, hire, train, and lead the field team of ASMs, Sales Officers, and DSRs set targets, run reviews, and drive a performance culture
• Lead zone-by-zone launches across the city end to end - market mapping, distributor appointment, route and beat design, and first-90-day ramp-up
• Scale live territories through outlet expansion, higher SKUs per outlet, and improved repeat and retention rates
• Build and manage the distributor and channel partner network; own partner ROI, credit discipline, and collections
• Design and execute trade schemes, visibility drives, promotions, and merchandising across kirana stores, fruit vendors, and retailers
• Work closely with sourcing and DC teams on demand forecasting, inventory planning, and fill rates -with a sharp focus on reducing wastage and shrinkage in a fresh produce supply chain
