Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities across the organization. This role includes identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications,



and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Recruitment Specialist conducts interviews, facilitates selection decisions, and supports onboarding and initial training coordination for new hires. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment records, building talent pipelines, collaborating with department leaders to understand role requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with company values and policies. The role requires close coordination with HR and other stakeholders to meet workforce plans and support organizational growth.
Qualifications
Must have handled Plant Level Hiring
Robust recruiting and hiring skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
Experience conducting structured interviewing and assessment to evaluate candidate fit.
