Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Communications & Campaign Strategy Lead with 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategic communications, and campaign management, along with strong exposure to political campaigns.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing digital communication strategies that support campaign objectives, strengthen public engagement, and ensure effective communication across audiences and geographies.
The ideal candidate should be capable of operating at the intersection of digital strategy, content, social media, campaign intelligence, performance marketing, team management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional campaign execution.




This is a senior leadership role that goes beyond day-to-day social media management. The individual will be expected to translate campaign objectives and insights into actionable communication strategies, lead large teams, coordinate external vendors, and collaborate across departments to support successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Communication & Campaign Strategy

Develop and execute end-to-end digital communication strategies for political campaigns.
Translate campaign objectives and leadership priorities into transparent communication plans.
Create audience-focused messaging, communication pillars, content strategies, and channel plans.
Integrate digital communication with broader campaign and field activities.
Adapt strategies based on campaign priorities, audience response, emerging issues, and changing circumstances.
