Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet all the following requirements:
A full-time technical bachelor’s degree such as B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related computer discipline, or B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT/BCA.
M.Tech/M.E./MCA candidates are also eligible, provided their undergraduate education is in a relevant computer or technical discipline.
Candidates with B.Com, B.A., or any unrelated commerce, arts, humanities, or non-technical educational background will not be considered.
Exceptional English communication skills are mandatory, both written and verbal.
The candidate must be confident in conducting meetings, understanding requirements, delivering presentations, and communicating directly with clients in English.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, optimise, and maintain interactive dashboards and enterprise-grade reports. The candidate must have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modelling, SQL, and enterprise data integration.
This is a client-facing role that requires excellent technical knowledge, professional maturity, and the ability to clearly explain complex data and reporting concepts in English. The selected candidate will also guide junior developers and contribute to the overall Power BI solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Create complex DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and business calculations.
Build and optimise data models using star and snowflake schema designs.
