Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the designer will create motion graphics and visual assets for animation, VFX, gaming, and XR projects, adhering to project briefs and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing and storyboarding motion sequences, designing graphics and layouts, animating elements,



and collaborating with the production, design, and technology teams. The role involves preparing assets for video production, optimizing files for various formats and platforms, and ensuring consistent visual quality across deliverables. The designer will also participate in reviews, incorporate feedback, and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into dynamic visual narratives.
Experience in Video Production workflows, including asset preparation, rendering, and final delivery for multiple platforms.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, including typography, color theory, and layout for digital media.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant 3D/CG software.
