Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across digital channels such as paid social, search, app install networks, and other performance platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign setup, monitoring key metrics, performing A/B tests on creatives and audiences, and optimizing for ROI, CAC, and LTV.



The role involves collaborating closely with product, data, and creative teams to define target segments, refine messaging, and improve funnel performance. The Performance Marketer will also analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to drive growth and retention for Tamasha.live.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in performance marketing across channels such as paid social, search, display, and app install campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and basic spreadsheet or BI tools.
Ability to design, execute, and interpret A/B tests, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Experience working with acquisition, activation, and retention funnels for consumer-facing products or apps.
Comfort collaborating with product, design, and content teams to develop high-impact creatives and landing pages.
